Remote Support is available from both the 4Matrix and Network Manager applications. You can also access remote support at www.4matrix.com/remote.


Do not attempt to use these services without contacting us first.


We use Teamviewer 14 and LogMeIn.


Please make sure your staff are able to use at least one of these applications. In the event that you require remote support and we are unable to obtain access, you will be asked to contact us again once you have removed or bypassed your security settings.


Teamviewer should work whenever an internet connection is operational. This uses 80 HTTP, port 443 HTTPs is also being checked.  It is also possible to open only port 5938 TCP on the outgoing side.
